General booking conditions
1 . Your Reservation
By making a booking , the person who carries out the process is identified as the leader of the group and must be authorized by the other participants to adhere to these Booking Conditions . The group leader is responsible for any payment due to us . We will confirm your living room (which is subject to availability ) by sending a confirmation by e-mail or traditional mail. Please check carefully the booking confirmation and contact us in case this document should appear to you or any other incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to change it at a later time . A confirmation of your booking you will be prompted for a credit card as guarantee. In the absence of a valid credit card we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Upon check -in at the hotel you will be asked for a credit card to guarantee payment . A credit card can also be different from the one given as a guarantee when you made your reservation . Please note that to complete your reservation you must be of legal age , children and young people who stay must be accompanied by an adult.
2 . Your Contract
The contract is in place when we send you the booking confirmation . The said contract is subject to the Italian law and the parties agree that any dispute will be the responsibility of the Italian Law.
3 . The cost of your stay
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time. The price of your staying will be confirmed at the time of your booking. From the moment your booking is confirmed (subject to errors and omissions in any case ) , the price of your stay will not be increased / will not change. The confirmed rate will not be including any local taxes introduced by the Finance Act 2007. Booked the hotel reserves the right to add the amount of these taxes at the rate confirmed . In this document relating to the Booking Conditions, “force majeure ” means any event which can not be foreseen or avoided by us or our service providers , despite all the attention given . This type of event includes war or similar events , riots, civil wars , terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disaster , fire , adverse weather conditions , strikes or any other event beyond our control.
8 . Our liability to you
And ‘ our intent to reassure you that all services provided in your booking are prepared with the utmost care . We will be responsible for any failure that occurred during your stay , in case the cause is attributable to a failure by us or our employees (if they were operating in their powers and duties of the employee) or because of shortcomings on the part of our booking agents and sales (where applicable) . In addition, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of your stay due to a lack of communication from you of a few important element in this regard at the time of booking or not resulting in the booking contract . In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not specifically included in the contract. This excludes from liability, for example, any additional services provided directly by the hotel or by an outside vendor , not reported in the conditions of the offer and that has not been agreed upon booking .
9 . Problems and complaints
In the event that you have any reason to make a complaint or to report any problems you occorsovi , you are required to immediately notify the service provider in question. Any verbal notification must be in writing and sent to our supplier as soon as possible . Until we do we become aware of a problem , we can try to fix it . Many problems can be resolved quickly.
10 . Behavior
Upon booking , you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or by a participant of your group. You will be prompted immediate and full payment for any damage or loss caused , directly to the operator / manager of the hotel or the service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any lawsuit filed against you and you will be required to pay full also of our legal expenses and those of any third parties involved .
11 . The General Conditions for suppliers
Some of the services that make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers from the hotel. They shall ensure the provision of such services in accordance with their terms and conditions of sale .
12 . Special requests and medical problems
If you have any special requests , we ask you to communicate at the time of booking . Although we will try to satisfy all the requests , as long as these are reasonable, we can not guarantee that every request is met unless our written confirmation . You will get a written confirmation to your request (if possible) if the request itself should be of paramount importance to you . The confirmation that the request has been served or sent to the supplier or included in the special requests upon receipt or any other documentation is not confirmation that the request will be met . Unless it is specifically stated, all special requests are subject to availability. We regret not to be able to accept bookings with special conditions , eg . is specified in the reservation where a special condition of fulfillment of a special request . All bookings will be treated as reservations “standard” subject to the above provisions on special requests . If you or any person of your knowledge you have any health problems or disabilities that may affect the progress of your holiday , tell before confirmation of booking. If we assume, reasonably , that it can not meet the special needs reported by you , we reserve the right to decline your booking or , if such information is not received at time of booking , and subsequently will not be taken into account.
13 . The travel documents
You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be reimbursed if, because of the travel documents are not in order , you can not perform or complete the same stay and we will not be responsible for the additional costs that you may suffer as a result.
